Crimson Crown by Cinda Williams

Where can I start ? I have waited for so long for that book and finally it was there.
I loved the first part at least until Raisa agreed to marry Han and then it all went so wrong again.
Han is captured and Raisa thinks he is plotting with the Bayar to kill her. I literally saw the pieces of the puzzle fall together. Mrs Williams did an amazingly detailed job. I liked how Raisa matured from the insecure teenager to a queen worth following not just because of lineage or her bloodline because a big part of the book is about parentage.
A fire breaks up in the city (Rag Market) and instead of fleeing to safety the queen helped others to put the fire out. And Han cynical Han who always wanted power and world domination was ready to give it all up for Raisa. It is always so much more beautiful when a cynic falls than an trusting person.

Mr Darcy broke my heart by Beth Pattilo

There are two stories in that book one about Pride and Prejudice with its whole cast of characters and then there is the store of Claire and her boyfriend Neil, enter James Beaufort. On the surface James Beaufort is our Mr.Dracy, he is rich, gorgeous and rude. Part of Mr Darcy's appeal is his rudeness. Things aren't what they seem. Claire is attending a Jane Austen seminar in England and she meets an old who claim to have the first draft of Pride and Prejudice. First impressions. First is very different to Pride and Prejudice more tragic with its characters more selfish and I have to admit that it did broke my heart. It puts one in melancholic mood and make reflect on how perfect exactly Mr.Darcy was.

City of Bones by Cassandra Clare

Okay, I heard a lot about the book but for one reason or the other I didn't read it until last week. I didn't really like the plot but I loved the characters. Sarcasm is the lowest form of wit but Simon and Jace do it so well. I always actions speak louder then words. Jace is never really nice to her but everything he does how much he cares about her. A boy risking his life for a girl he loves is nothing new but him risking his life for a someone he doesn't like but the girl cares about now that's something. It is worth the read just for the characters.

Onyx by Jennifer L.Armentrout

I loved it. It was really intense. Some of the mysteries were revealed. I mean they explained what is happening to Katy and Bethany. The intensity of Daemon' s feelings is obvious in the way he reacts. I don't want to spoil the fun but it is an amazing book with lots of suspence. There are betrayals, death and reunion.

cinderella Deal by Jennifer Cruise

I absolutely loved it. Seriously this is one of those books you should read when you have had a really bad day like a break up , failed an exam or got drenched in the rain while wearing your favourite pair of shoes. I don't want to spoil your fun so I won't go into details but let me just say the book is about a normal conservative guy meets a crazy girl( not crazy crazy, she is really weird) and they make a deal. One thousand bucks and she pretends to be his fiancée for twenty-four hours.Okay the plot isn't very original but the banter between the two protagonist definitely is. Have Fun.

First Touch by Jennifer Estep

I liked as much as I expected. I hated the fact the some part of the prequel was repeated. And of course Gwen was nearly killed because of her obsessive need to know everybody's business and SECRETS. And when a classmate is killed and everybody react like its something common, this definitely cause for investigation. We all know that mean some  breaking and entering. But Gwen being Gwen cannot give up even when her life is threatened. Unexpected alliances are made and knight are found.

First Frost by Jennifer Estep.

The book is very short but I loved it. I really like Gwen's nosiness and her sense of snarkiness.Looking forward to the other books in the Mythos Academy series.

Eden by Jamie McGuire

Of all the tree books I loved this one the most. It started with the wedding which was pretting amazing by way snd rsther funny since she had to get through mud to get to the church and then the wedding was interrupted by an Archangel. After they get to reality ( everyday lfe ) thing gets dicey once again. there are demons attacking her, her car explodes and she kim friend kim and her husband are at odds. She starts selfdefense with Bix.And to cap it all she has to go through a Legion of Hell to get to the Sepulchre to be able to deliver her baby and once there she has to stay in a cave. Needless to say the tension within a group of people in a closed space rises. Some of them and the don't make home alive. And the only one able to stop the Devil is the most fragile of them all, Nina.

Requiem by Jamie McGuire

I liked Requiem better than Providence. Nina was having nightmares and I kept guess why. Then there is the fact that they have to steel the book again from Shax( a duke of Hell) so all in all it was really good.

Providence by Jamie McGuire

To tell the truth I was a little disapointed. Nina's father died on after the funeral she is sitting on a bench and lets the bus pass her. A stranger (Jared Ryels) sits beside and then they share a taxi. Over the semester ( since Nina is a student) they meet a couple of times accidentally. She Offers him her number but he refuses. So on it goes......
It gets about after you have read three-quarter of the book. But still I enjoyed it.

Obsidian by Jennifer Armentrout

I finished Obisidian by Jennifer L.Armentrout.
If you have finished Twilight by Stephhenie Meyer and you are looking for something similar, try Obsidian. I liked it .

Spoiler!!!!!!!

Daemon really like Katy but he has to keep away for her safety and his too.
Katy really likes him but he is an arrogant jerk most of time. She really likes his sister Dee. And guess what! They all look gorgeous ( model gorgeous) and of course there is the usually villains, Ash, Andrew and the Arrum. Now tell the scenes that reminded me of Twilight.

1.Truck scene( He has to stop the truck even if by doing so he will reveal his secret and that of his people)

2.When she is attacked in front of the library and he saves her and bring her to the hospital.

I think what Deamon feel for katy is very much like what Edward feels for Bella.

After finishing E.L James trilogy. I tried " Beautiful Disaster by Jamie Mcguire".To tell the truth I feel like if all the loose ends haven't been tied for instance what happened to Abby's father( Mick Abernathy) and I feel like there need to be  a follow up. Did Travis get paid for the last fight, how many people died in the fire and where the hell did he get the money to buy that ring and most important when did he buy that ring. It leaves me wanting for more.
